NOTICE TO ALL PATRONS
This policy (“Policy”) is provided by Dwellers Drinkery LLC (“Dwellers Drinkery,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to all customers, visitors, and patrons (collectively “Patrons”) who enter our premises located at 8928 Vernon Road Lake Stevens, Washington. Please read this Policy carefully as it contains important information about your legal rights and responsibilities while on our premises.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISKS
Although Dwellers Drinkery is intended to be a family-friendly space, the presence of children in an establishment that serves alcohol presents inherent risks. Patrons accordingly acknowledge that Dwellers Drinkery (i) serves alcoholic beverages that are not appropriate for minors, and (ii) may contain equipment, furniture, fixtures, and other items (including items specifically designed or intended for use by children) that pose a potential risk to children.
PARENTAL/GUARDIAN RESPONSIBILITY
The upstairs children’s area at Dwellers Drinkery is not monitored by staff. All children under the age of 21 must be accompanied by and remain under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian at all times while on the premises. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for (i) the safety, conduct, and well-being of their children, (ii) ensuring their children do not disturb other Patrons, (iii) preventing their children from accessing alcoholic beverages, and (iv) any damage caused by their children to Dwellers Drinkery’s property or to other Patrons. Dwellers Drinkery reserves the right in emergent situations to ask disruptive Patrons and their children, or Patrons who otherwise fail to adhere to this Policy, to leave the premises.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY
By entering Dwellers Drinkery with children, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with their presence and agree to waive any claims against Dwellers Drinkery, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained by you or your children while on our premises, except to the extent prohibited by Washington state law. This waiver includes, but is not limited to, claims arising from personal injury, property damage, emotional distress, and any other damages or losses, whether such claims accrue to the Patron or to their child.
