The DEN

25-30 people

The Den is perfect for birthday parties and casual group gatherings. The Den offers a comfortable, semi-private setting upstairs, right next to our kids’ play room. During your rental, the play room is open for you and all Dwellers guests to enjoy. The space features flexible seating for up to 30 people plus standing room, and guests have full control over two TVs for streaming sports, slideshows, or event content.

The ALCOVE

20-25 people

Our downstairs back bar is perfect for group hangouts and game day gatherings. The Alcove features bar-height tables for 12, bar seating for 8, and a bit of standing room, with space for up to 25 people overall.* With two dedicated TVs and easy access to the bar, it's the ideal spot to settle in and stay awhile. All ages welcome.

The Study

30-40 people

An upstairs space with flexible seating, bookshelf games, a large TV, and a view to the action below, and right next to our kids’ play room. During your rental, the play room is available for you and all Dwellers guests to enjoy.

Monday–Thursday: $50 per hour

Friday–Sunday: $75 per hour (first 2 hours), $50 per hour after | ie.4 hours = $250

Dwellers Loft

The entire upstairs space with a view to the action below. Two large TVs and a great view to our 100” twin TV on either side of the fireplace. We’ll provide a dedicated service team. Private bathroom. Learn more about our Play Room.

Faq

  • The rental fee acts as a non-refundable deposit to hold your date. It does not contribute to the food and beverage minimum.

    The rental fee ensures your party will be staffed appropriately so everyone can have a good time. Your space will be clean and ready for you when you arrive.

    Minimum rental is 2 hours.

    • Each space has a minimum spend by the hour.

    • Minimum rental time is 2 hours.

    • Your server will monitor the tab and communicate with the host. If paying separately, all party purchases contribute toward the minimum. 

    • If you miss the minimum, the remainder can be collected as gift cards (No applicable to Loft of Patio rentals). We’ll be excited to see you again!

  • To officially book your rental we will collect the rental fee as a non-refundable deposit.

    Our upstairs Play Room is an important space for families so our schedule reflects our goal to minimize Play Room closures on the busy weekends. We know how frustrating it can be when you get the whole family out the door and your plans are thwarted by a "closed" or "private event" sign.

  • If the space is ready, you’re welcome to come a few minutes early to set up, but we can’t guarantee access before your scheduled start time.

  • No worries. Our friendly staff will take orders and deliver food and drinks to your event upstairs.

  • You are welcome to bring a nut-free dessert for your guests. Just remember to bring disposable plates and utensils for serving.

    We kindly ask that no other outside food or drinks be brought in.

    Option 2: Work with Chef Danny to create a custom catering menu. Starts at $25 per head for a minimum of 25 guests. Email us at party@dwellersdrinkery.com to get started.

    • Wifi and plugins are available throughout the space.

    • Ability to cast to TVs in your rented area.

    • Music: For most rentals, you'll be able to use bluetooth or connect via audio cable to play your preferred music. Since the upstairs is open to below, we do ask that there's no explicit content and we'll have a volume limit to make sure everyone has a good time.
