    2024 | Orange Wine | 11.5% ABV

    The Gulp Hablo (aka gulpable) is what you call "orange wine," a white wine that spends some time macerating (or steeping) with its skins—which imparts color—usually orange or copper in hue. The juice from these biodynamically and organically farmed Verdejo and Sauvignon Blanc grapes steep with their skins for 5-7 days, and are allowed to ferment naturally with indigenous yeasts. The result is a super-fruity wine, with aromas and flavors of orange blossom, nectarine, and savory herb.
